When you have tried everything to reduce your painful periods and nothing is working, It’s so easy to just give up. 

I’m here to tell you that it doesn’t have to be like this. There is another way.

Hi, I’m Kasandra!

There I was in bed curled up in the fetal position, feeling hopeless.

The reason I was curled up in bed is because I had horrible period cramps. They were so bad I had to call in sick to work and cancel all my plans when my period arrived. I also had awful acne that would appear the week before my period which left me feeling self-conscious.

I just wanted to have a period that wasn’t debilitating and clear skin so I could keep up with my active lifestyle even when I was on my period.

My doctor prescribed antibiotics and other medications to help. I had read that antibiotics would not solve my problem long-term while looking up what to do to fix my painful periods and acne. I found out that it would only mask my symptoms for the time being.

I’ll never forget the day I came across a YouTube video of a holistic nutritionist talking about her hormonal health journey. Right then I knew I needed to look into Holistic Nutrition to help myself feel better. 

I then registered in a Holistic Nutrition program! This felt like the right next step as I was already interested in Health and Wellness. 

In the first year, I started to see major improvement in my health, my acne cleared up first, but my painful period cramps were still unbearable.

I finally learned everything I needed to know to support my body to have a painless period and glowing skin, and I felt good all month long.

I was used to cramps that kept me awake all night, pain that led to not eating, and disruptions to my daily life. I had every premenstrual symptom you can think of. Some days I would have to miss work, or just push through and feel awful. I was hoping to go off birth control to try to get pregnant, but I was so nervous that I would have terrible symptoms.

The period makeover method gave me small changes that I could easily implement into my life. The biggest piece of advice I took to heart was the idea to rest during my period. I was used to hearing that exercise helps reduce cramps, and pushing myself. Giving myself permission to do light exercise and just rest was very helpful. Knowing what phases of my period to match different levels of exercise was something I had never thought about.

Since trying the Period Makeover Method, I had the first period of my life that didn't impact my life. I had cramps that I noticed but didn't disrupt my life.

I HAD RECENTLY BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH ENDOMETRIOSIS…

How long is the program?

The Period Makeover Method is a 90 day program (3 months). You have 4 months to book all your appointments for flexablitiy with any Vacations you have planned.

How does it work with paying for The Period Makeover Method?

The Period Makeover Method does require a 4 figure investment. You’ll have the option to pay in full or access one of our generous payment plans. Simply book a call and we can discuss the payment option that works best for your financial situation.

How long until I see results?

Most women notice results within the first 30 days! Although this will be different for everyone. It takes 100 days for an egg to mature from its dormant state so whatever we do today will affect our period 100 days from now!

What is your refund policy?

All processed payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds once the contract has been signed.
