Meet Kasandra!

Hi there! My name is Kasandra. I am a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP) with a women’s hormones focus and a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT) with a Perinatal focus.

I show active women 30+ how to solve their painful periods so they can have symptomless periods naturally.

Before trying the period Makeover Method…

I was used to cramps that kept me awake all night, pain that led to not eating, and disruptions to my daily life. I had every premenstrual symptom you can think of. Some days I would have to miss work, or just push through and feel awful. I was hoping to go off birth control to try to get pregnant, but I was so nervous that I would have terrible symptoms.

The period makeover method gave me small changes that I could easily implement into my life. The biggest piece of advice I took to heart was the idea to rest during my period. I was used to hearing that exercise helps reduce cramps, and pushing myself. Giving myself permission to do light exercise and just rest was very helpful. Knowing what phases of my period to match different levels of exercise was something I had never thought about.

Since trying the Period Makeover Method, I had the first period of my life that didn't impact my life. I had cramps that I noticed but didn't disrupt my life. 

The opportunities to ask questions and get in contact as needed were very helpful.
